Founded on Experience
Nixon Glass Ltd. was founded in 2016 with a clear goal — to build a company based on real construction experience, strong work ethic, and reliable project delivery.
Founder Victor Pogonin started in construction in 2010 as a helper. He learned the trade hands-on, worked his way up to foreman, and managed crews on complex projects.
Over the years, Victor worked on projects across Canada — multi-unit homes, commercial buildings, and institutional properties. That experience became the foundation of Nixon Glass Ltd.

FIELD OPERATIONS
Strong Field Leadership
Strong field leadership is a big part of what makes Nixon Glass work.
Serhii Ivanov is our Field Operations Manager. He runs the day-to-day on every job site — coordinating crews, keeping quality high, and making sure work stays on schedule.
Serhii brings the same values the company was built on: hard work, responsibility, and pride in the finished product.
